From managing calendars to keeping projects on track, you'll be the reason things get done, and people stay smiling.Requirements: 5+ years of administrative assistant or executive support experience preferred Experience supporting executives, financial advisors, or professionals in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with expense reporting systems such as SAP Concur preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Self-starter with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJob Duties: Provide administrative support to advisors, account managers, and team members Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion Organize and ship materials to clients and respond to client requests Support onboarding activities for new hires and new client accounts Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with filing, scanning, copying, archiving, mail processing, and inventory ordering Submit invoices and support general office administration Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed Provide administrative support to advisors, account managers, and team members Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion Organize and ship materials to clients and respond to client requests Support onboarding activities for new hires and new client accounts Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with filing, scanning, copying, archiving, mail processing, and inventory ordering Submit invoices and support general office administration * Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed"This is one of my favorite temp services.
