The Partner Marketing Manager will join our growing Route to Market team, part of the Global Corporate Marketing team. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with the ability to flawlessly execute impactful campaigns and marketing activations throughout the funnel. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to manage marketing relationships and communication streams
Take ownership of planning and managing partner marketing assets, including event content, case studies, website updates, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing departments to ensure projects are completed on time, on-brand, and with the required depth and quality. Assess project performance against KPIs
Partner with the Partner Practice team, SMEs, Business Development/Sales leads, and the Alliances team, to create joint market strategy content, case studies, award submissions, PR opportunities, and other partner-related marketing activities
Act as Project Manager for events (large and small), multi-touch nurture campaigns, targeted content creation, and other marketing initiatives
Generate innovative ideas to enhance messaging, marketing planning, and business development through various activities
Serve as the primary relationship owner with the Partner's marketing team, aligning on joint campaigns and event participation
Measure success through the quality, impact, and ROI of marketing campaigns, partner engagement levels, and timely project delivery
Leverage Partner Development Funds alongside own budget accountability
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
Five or more years of partner marketing experience in the technology sector with knowledge of digital platform partners like Adobe or ServiceNow
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools like Demandbase or 6sense to drive targeted campaigns -- Proven ABM acumen to drive targeted, high-impact campaigns
Expertise in content creation, writing and events to support multi-touch campaigns
Strong content writing skills and experience in virtual and/or in-person events
Project management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines across multidisciplinary global teams
Knowledge of marketing metrics, data analysis and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to optimize marketing strategies
A consultative and collaborative marketing approach to effectively engage with Sales, Alliances, strategic partners, and other stakeholders
AI expertise: Proven ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decision-making
