Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $100,000 - $132,000 + Benefits

A growing mechanical construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects from estimating and proposal development through construction completion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Develop project estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies.

Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.

Manage billing, change orders, procurement activities, and contract administration.

Lead client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.

Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, accounting, and construction teams.

Monitor project performance to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.

Support business development efforts and help grow existing customer relationships.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience within HVAC, plumbing, mechanical construction, or process piping.

Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and project financial management.

Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

Pay Details: $10,000.00 to $132,000.00 per year
