Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the COMMANDER AFLOAT TRAINING GROUP MAYPORT, ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of COMAFLOTRAGU MAYPORT. Responsibilities You will direct, coordinate, and monitor administrative functions for the day-to-day and long range planning necessary to provide responsive support to the command staff. You will be responsible for the writing and/or submission of fitness reports, enlisted performance evaluations, and civilian performance reviews for directorate staff personnel. You will serve as the ATGM Tasker Administrator and SME by receiving, verifying, staffing, and tracking all command, ATGLANT and CNSL taskers. You will be responsible for Officer and Enlisted personnel planning and manpower, provide personnel advice to senior leadership, manage command administration functions, and interact with external organizations and agencies. You will interact daily in the review process for individual unit readiness to ensure ATGM is manned to meet mission, by overseeing the identification of manning shortfalls and assignment of trained personnel. You will use qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to develop trend analysis and projections, to identify, analyze, evaluate and recommend changes to ATGM awards policy reflective of trends. You will serve as the command advisor and provide assistance to ATGM staff and personnel, to properly and timely process award recommendations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing, coordinating, and developing integrated systems for day-to-day and long-range administrative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (travel, timekeeping, leave). Managing, reviewing, and drafting military (FITREPs/Evals) and civilian performance appraisals, as well as developing performance standards. Providing leadership and strategic oversight for military manning and manpower execution (e.g., managing 200+ active duty personnel) and advising senior leadership on personnel planning. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to conduct trend analysis, update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and recommend strategic policy changes (e.g., for Military Awards Programs). Additional Information Incumbent is required to perform the above duties at a variety of job sites within commuting area.
