As a Shift Leader, you'll guide a team of 7--10 Brewistas, ensuring smooth operations while learning how to run a business. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, systems, and guest experience from the ground up---and to grow with us as we expand.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for leading a team of 7-10 people while learning how to run a business.

Lead and motivate your team during shifts.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists.

Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

Leadership skills and a passion for building people up.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
