Construction Electrician

Location: Jackson Township, Lakewood, Howell, Brick

What You'll Do

Install electrical systems including wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, and equipment

Run, bend, and install EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit

Pull, terminate, and connect wiring to panels, transformers, breakers, and controls

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts

Install lighting systems, switches, and power distribution components

Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance

Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently on active job sites

Collaborate with project teams and other trades to meet timelines

Follow all NEC codes, safety regulations, and jobsite procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in construction electrical work (residential, commercial, or industrial)

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams

Proven experience with conduit installation and wire pulling

Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards

Ability to troubleshoot issues and work both independently and on a team

Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship

This is a Contract position based out of Princeton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
