Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic - Food Manufacturing to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Mechanic - Food Manufacturing, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - Food Manufacturing

Location: Anacortes, WA

Pay Range:$30/hr-$40/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Hous:8:00-5:00pm with some overtime

What's the Job?

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal operation

Assist with machinery rebuilds and system revisions

Follow electrical diagrams and operating manuals to repair equipment

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics

Good attendance and reliability

Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs., with good hearing and vision (corrections okay)

Additional experience in fabrication, welding, machining, refrigeration, electronics repair, or boiler systems is a plus
