What you'll do:
Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies based on comprehensive user research and analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX design initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
Oversee user discovery activities including interviews, surveys, and site visits to gather actionable insights.
Drive the creation of interaction designs, proto@types, and visual design standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
Manage cross-functional partnerships to foster collaboration and support strategic goals.
Guide usability testing and iterate designs to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Promote continuous improvement by evaluating processes and integrating emerging UX methodologies.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, including user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders through effective communication, analysis, and strategic alignment.
Strong knowledge of interaction and visual design principles, with expertise in creating scalable and consistent design solutions.
Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous improvement processes and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Skilled in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and enhance customer engagement.
Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 6 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 8 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
