Summary The Program Assistant supports program operations by tracking referrals, action items, assignments, and deadlines; coordinating with stakeholders and subject matter experts; preparing reports, briefings, correspondence, and presentations; managing data and tracking systems; reviewing policies and communications for compliance impact; and recommending workflow improvements to resolve administrative and operational issues while strengthening communication, compliance, program follow-through. Responsibilities Develop and implement methods to track referral and integrated neurology action items. Manage and maintain internal and external action item tracking systems. Monitor deadlines and provide status reports to leadership. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assignments and actions.
