The Real Estate Corporate Bank (RECB) team is responsible for coverage for public REITs, national homebuilders, lodging companies, data center companies, real estate funds and real estate service companies. Coverage is in close coordination with our Real Estate Investment Bank team. The RECB team is focused on delivering the complete suite of corporate banking products and services to our client base. The team is based in Charlotte and New York with primary national coverage scope, inclusive of global product delivery responsibilities.
Job Description:
This job is responsible for serving as the primary contact and advisor to a targeted client group. Key responsibilities include generating strong relevant ideas and solutions to meet client needs. Job expectations include extensive product knowledge and an ability to utilize subject-matter expertise of product specialists, credit product officer, and support staff to deliver banking services to clients while beginning to grow their portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Acts as the senior client manager for many key clients
Manages, develops, and directs resources and activities across the Bank's global franchise to deliver the full suite of products and services
Originates, builds, and manages client relationships on a day-to-day basis, and provides a point of contact
Provides market informed solutions on a broad array of financing strategies to address client specific needs
Structures, prepares, and delivers content led presentations
Ensures the Bank's activities are conducted in a compliant and risk free manner
Manages and mentors junior professionals in the @context of deal executions, marketing pitches, and general career development

Minimum 10+ years Corporate Banking or Investment Banking
Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
Public and private sector experience

Ability to manage and develop junior resources--both direct team members as well as with product partners.
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, 63 (Must obtain SIE, series 79 & 63 license within 180 days of start date.
Minimum Education Requirements:
MBA degree or commensurate Corporate/Investment Banking experience
