Summary Reports directly to the Supervisory Health System Specialist of Medical Service and provides data management and analysis to the Chief and Supervisory Health System Specialist of Medical Service. Additionally, provides computer support and training to all staff in Medical Service. Attends monthly ADPAC Meetings, keeping a breast of new computer initiatives, new programs, software and hardware and disseminating this information to the staff in Medical Service. Responsible for developing plan fur Medical Service for tile computer support needs for the service. This also includes maintaining a complete inventory of computer support equipment, as needed by the service. Uses NOIS to request and track new equipment requests. Serves as liaison between Medical Service and IRM. Maintains close working relationships with management and technicians in IRM and consults, as needed, with IRM on software and hardware updates, problems, and resolutions.
