Job Description Summary
This is an in-person position, based out of our corporate office in Greenville, SC.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and tracking assigned marketing promotional initiatives within the full price stores. This person will act as a liaison to the stores, supporting them with marketing opportunities and promotional strategies in addition to supporting more global retail initiatives as needed.
Crew Position:
Assist in development and execution of assigned retail marketing initiatives.
Responsible for budget management of assigned projects.
Support all retail promotions via various marketing methods.
Develop, present then execute new store marketing plans
Process retail marketing event template requests in a timely manner.
Frequent communication with stores to facilitate marketing needs.
Conduct retail store visits as needed to ensure marketing materials are relevant and executed as designed.
Process invoices and track budget for assigned projects and non-assigned projects if requested.
Responsible for pulling and tracking all store events and promotional results.
Contribute to ongoing best practices for training the field on marketing execution.
Manage retail marketing calendar & inputting results.
Manage timelines and communicate all necessary details for all retail related needs to Creative Team.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions for marketing opportunities & events.
Update monthly all mall websites with relevant product/promotional content for the stores and stores online profiles.
Social media liaison for opening, events and other marketing topics.
Execute additional projects as needed for retail
Assist with the distribution of retail marketing materials.
Manage the print calendar & ensure all involved parties adhere to necessary deadlines.
Manage communication with all print vendors for seasonal print initiatives.
Manage pre/post planning operations and logistics for all seasonal launch meetings and trade shows: Ensures tradeshow is equipped with required set up materials.
Provides onsite support as needed.
Travel and assist with various retails events including but not limited to retail popups, grand openings, marketing activations.

Know the ropes:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, related field preferred, or equivalent and relevant work experience.
Generally, 1+ years' experience with wholesale/retail marketing or creative environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Previous experience with event planning, ability to project plan including scope through implementation.
