POSITION SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the operations of the company and will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including: 1. Balance and review daily production of management reports with operation managers to ensure entry is complete and accurate 2. Invoice customer sales and material pick-up sales 3. Administrative support back up 4. Answer phones, filing, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned This is a full-time seasonal position, working March through December. Must have a strong work ethic. 2. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. 3. Effective verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail. 4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Experience with computerized accounting software is preferred.
