Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role combines front-desk coordination, administrative support, and basic accounting assistance to help the team run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident using standard office software in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee routine office support activities, including keeping shared spaces organized and ensuring kitchen and workplace supplies remain stocked.

Welcome guests and visitors, provide a positive first point of contact, and direct them appropriately upon arrival.

Enter employee timesheet information accurately into QuickBooks and maintain organized payroll-related records.

Assist with invoice administration by preparing documentation, checking details, and sharing needed information with the Senior Accountant.

Monitor team calendars, help coordinate scheduling needs, and support efficient day-to-day administrative planning.

Maintain accurate data records and perform general clerical tasks to support office and HR-related processes. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for routine business tasks and recordkeeping.

Hands-on ability to perform accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working with accounting or payroll-related information, including timesheets and invoices.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and internal staff.

Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
