What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Providing general secretarial support to several principals, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Preparing documents using Word for Windows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
Answering phones and handling inquiries in a professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate individuals.
Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of information.
Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing calendars using MS Outlook, and coordinating logistical arrangements.
Making travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
Sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and cost-effectiveness.
Operating office equipment such as fax machines, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance.
