Job Title: Admin Project Manager

Location: Merritt Island FL

Type: Contract / On-site

Compensation: $81 per hour

Overview

We are seeking an Admin Project Manager to support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and program execution in a high-velocity aerospace environment. This role will be responsible for tracking program performance, facilitating communications, coordinating cross-functional activities, and helping ensure the timely delivery of strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Track program progress and performance, providing regular status reports and updates to leadership.

Develop internal and external communications to support program objectives and stakeholder alignment.

Facilitate change management activities and support organizational readiness efforts.

Participate in leadership meetings to identify organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making processes.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project execution and strategic initiatives.

Ensure timely delivery of strategic business goals in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

Experience coordinating projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience tracking program progress, performance metrics, and reporting results to leadership.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience developing internal and external communications.

Experience supporting change management initiatives.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity environment.
