What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

Supporting the company with daily administrative tasks and coordination across multiple properties.

Communicating with tenants and vendors regarding service requests, scheduling, and property updates.

Coordinating vendors, maintenance visits, and follow-up communications.

Tracking lease dates, renewals, and property-related documentation.

Assisting with invoice tracking, recordkeeping, and general office organization.

Helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a growing real estate portfolio.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 1-4 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience (must have).

Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Are professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Are comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Have experience in real estate, property management, or accounting support (preferred, but not required).

Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
