Sales Manager - Medical Devices (Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation)About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead B2B growth across the U.S. for a portfolio of medical device products, including electrodes and hydrogels, within the physical therapy and rehabilitation markets.
This is a full-territory ownership role where you will partner closely with OEMs, distributors, and clinical stakeholders to expand market presence and deliver high-quality solutions. You'll combine clinical insight with commercial strategy, operating with a high level of autonomy while contributing to long-term domestic and international expansion.

What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Growth: Own and grow a national territory by targeting OEMs and distributors in physical therapy, rehabilitation, and muscle stimulation markets
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinical users, purchasing leaders, and distributor networks
Execute Territory Strategy: Create and manage independent territory plans to meet or exceed sales goals
Identify Market Opportunities: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities
Represent the Brand: Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen market presence
Deliver Product Expertise: Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and training for customers and partners
Analyze Performance: Track sales data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations and customer service to ensure seamless order flow and high customer satisfaction
Manage Sales Systems: Maintain accurate pipelines and customer data using CRM and ERP platforms
Support Global Expansion: Contribute to future international growth initiatives as the company expands into new markets
What You BringRequired Experience
5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within medical devices, rehabilitation, or physical therapy markets
5+ years of experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation (clinical or sales exposure)
Proven success managing full territories and driving revenue growth
Experience selling through OEMs and distributor channels
Core Skills
Strong understanding of electrodes, hydrogels, and muscle stimulation products (or ability to ramp quickly)
Demonstrated success building and maintaining high-value client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently hit goals
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
Technical Proficiency
CRM and ERP systems (sales tracking, quoting, order management)
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Virtual communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field)
Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Teamwork)
Comfortable leveraging data insights and basic AI tools to improve productivity
Strong digital research and professional networking skills (LinkedIn, etc.)
Work Environment & Benefits
Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with Fridays off (4-day workweek)
Team Structure: Work closely with the VP of Sales in a collaborative, high-impact role (no direct reports)

This is a Permanent position based out of Fallbrook, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
no commission structure, but potential to receive an annual performance bonus 8 holidays (shut down for xmas, last 2 years shut down for full 2 weeks), PTO: 2 weeks, after 5 yrs. 3 weeks, after 10 yrs. 4 weeks
