Manages various RESG services for both Cleveland and the 4th District including vendor contract services including food services, housekeeping, snow removal, and landscaping, RESG operational support services, District compliance and environmental, heath, and safety (EHS), transportation and logistics function, physical records management, mail, and central receiving. Ensures set-up of Bank events and meetings are executed as required in cooperation with other functional areas. Supervises the workflow, manpower and resources required to ensure premier customer service.
Essential Accountabilities
Provides oversight related to 4th District RESG vendor contract services. Manage performance to meet service expectations, ensure overall customer satisfaction and align service offerings to address customer needs effectively. Engage additional contractors and technical experts as necessary to service the properties in accordance with Bank standards and tenant lease requirements. Maintain frequent contact with key stakeholders focusing on improving delivery service and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with customer and performance standards and procedures, and measures and monitors progress to ensure targets are met. Develops and manages department staff to maximize effectiveness. Provides guidance to staff in carrying out daily activities; delegates assignments, monitors progress and takes corrective actions as necessary to ensure success; ensures employees have the appropriate tools and facilities to carry out their assignments. Provide support, oversite, and supervision for the following RESG services:
Conference operations
Transportation and logistics
Mail and central receiving
Physical records management
Operational support services
Coordinates the 4th District RESG Initiatives. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), 4D RESG policies and procedures. Establishes and ensures compliance with performance/control standards and procedures for both in-house and contracted services, and measures and monitors progress to ensure targets are met. Provides guidance on physical records storage, retention, and destruction; supports records and information requests as appropriate; engages outside services for use if necessary. Develops and administers data/information mapping.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering / Technical or other degree with a minimum of 7 years of diverse professional work experience which may include 3+ years of supervisory responsibilities, or
Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of diverse professional work experience which may include 1+ years of supervisory responsibilities
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge Area - Advanced Level

The expected starting salary range for the RESG Operations Manager is between ?$111,400 and $139,200 annually . Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
