Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Shipping and Receiving department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Gilroy, CA

Pay Range: $23.00- $25.00

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Direct and coordinate activities of associates engaged in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations.

Ensure safety protocols and quality control procedures are strictly enforced.

Manage warehouse operations to meet key performance indicators such as same-day shipping and receiving, and safety standards.

Oversee inbound deliveries, ensuring they are received and recorded in the system before the end of the day.

Supervise staffing, training, and development of warehouse associates to optimize performance and safety.

What's Needed?

At least 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience.

Experience with time clocking systems, 5S programs, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Excel.

Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., with flexibility depending on operational needs.

Forklift certification is preferred.
