Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide on-demand office support for a team. This Contract to permanent opportunity is well suited for someone who can adapt quickly, stay organized, and maintain accuracy while handling a variety of administrative and front-desk tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into a busy environment with limited ramp-up time and delivering reliable support from day one.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.

Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages promptly and accurately.

Perform day-to-day clerical support such as filing, document preparation, scheduling, and general office coordination.

Enter and update information in internal records and spreadsheets with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

Provide flexible administrative coverage as business needs arise, adjusting priorities to support changing office demands.

Assist with routine receptionist functions, including monitoring shared areas and helping maintain an organized office environment.

Support team operations by preparing correspondence, handling basic office documentation, and completing assigned administrative tasks on time. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.

Ability to answer inbound calls clearly and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced office setting.

Reliable attendance and the ability to begin contributing with minimal supervision or training.

Proficiency with standard administrative tools and general office procedures.
