Administrative Assistant

?SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hanahan, SC location.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to management and team members.

Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

Create and schedule transportation shipment request.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).

Five (5)+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience with Office 365 is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using office software, databases, and document management systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience coordinating meetings, events, or executive schedules.

Ideal Candidate
