The Department of Economic Security, Division of Technology Services, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Informatica IDMC Developer (Applications Development Senior). The individual in this role will be responsible for the complete life cycle and the management of Master Data Management (MDM) processes and database systems. Collaborating with business, development, and testing teams, this role will facilitate accurate Match, Merge and Survivalship of Client domain data within the organization's standards and maintain 24/7 system availability, investigate and analyze issues, as well as research opportunities for improvement of processes. Provide technical advice and guidance to the junior developers on the team while collaborating with business analysts and architects to contribute to projects that enhance system functionality and support business requirements.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica SAS MDM and Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Fixing bugs or issues within the software.
Document ETL processes, workflows, and best practices.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data integration needs and implement solutions.
Informatica Administration.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of:
Informatica REST APIs
Informatica Cloud, specifically SAS MDM (IDMC)
MS SQL Server
Data warehousing concepts and BI architecture
Different scripting languages
Data Modeling / Data Warehouse Designing concepts
AZURE DEVOPS
Skills In:
Expertise in Master Data Management aspects - Data collection, standardization, Ingestion, Match / Merge rules and Survival conditions.
Expertise in ETL data management areas such as ETL and database architecture and design, data warehouse design and implementation, and administration
Developing, maintaining and testing all IDMC workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, conducting the testing process, and resolving all defects
Strong SQL experience and an understanding of dimensional data models to design a robust and secure Data modeling experience to design Datawarehouse
Strong skills in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills
Ability to:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Work effectively
Prioritize tasks and work concurrently on multiple tasks
Build strong relationships inside and outside
the organization.
Write technical documentation.

Use or maintain testing frameworks, test libraries, databases, and test environments.
Selective Preference(s):
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Bachelor's degree OR Five plus years of advanced Informatica design and development skills using Informatica SAS MDM and Power Exchange.
Experience in developing Informatica ETL mappings using Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, and Repository Manager
Driving paragraph.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the state-sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program after a 27-week waiting period.
