Marketing Manager

This role will be best filled by someone who thrives in high-functioning teams, has a bias for action, is a strategic thinker, is creative, is driven to deliver flawless execution, and proactively communicates across multiple team functions. This role is focused on developing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the small business product. This role is critical in driving awareness, consideration, and conversion through integrated marketing, compelling content, and continuous optimization.

To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, willing to roll up your sleeves, and an independent self-starter who can be proactive and operate with a sense of urgency. You will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work with a team that is both in the office with you and remote.

This role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and prioritize deliverables, all with a professional, can-do attitude. You will work with external partners, our marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to develop multi-channel campaigns to bring them to life.

Responsibilities:

Develop end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, from strategy to execution for our small business product

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital/paid media, direct mail, etc.)

Lead and manage creative and content strategy through development and approval

Define and execute website content strategy, relevant to our small business products to support conversion

Identify insights and implement data-driven optimizations across campaigns to drive sales impact

Qualifications Required:

Years of Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience

Skills: Experience in campaign strategy development, digital and traditional marketing channels, sales enablement, thought leadership and content strategy

Education: BS in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent.

Desired Experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and project management experience

This is a Contract position based out of Florham Park, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
