Job Title: Assembly Trainee

Job Description

Join our Assembly Training Program designed to transform candidates into skilled assemblers over six months. This program features comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and hands-on experience, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills for assembly work.

Responsibilities

Participate in training sessions to learn assembly techniques.

Engage in general labor tasks within sealing, coating, and other departments.

Shadow experienced employees in various departments to gain practical insights.

Learn to interpret blueprints and utilize specialized tools for assembly work.

Progress through structured checkpoints to ensure skill development.

Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude is crucial for success in this program.

Proficiency in reading a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch.

Experience with hand and power tools is required.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $19.53/hr.
