Position Summary

Seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Plumber's Helper to assist our plumbing, sewer, drain, and excavation technicians with residential and commercial service work. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the plumbing industry and gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for the Plumbers Helper role include:

Assist plumbers with sewer, water main, and excavation projects. Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Prepare work areas and protect customer property. Perform basic excavation, trenching, and job site cleanup. Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision. Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and company vehicles. Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards. Complete required paperwork and support team operations as needed. Qualifications and Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Construction, labor, plumbing, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required. Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required. *Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
