The Program Director will be responsible for hyperscaler multi-site operations across the US. The Program Director is responsible for the safety, financial, operational and customer excellence that each site provides to our customer as well as to Kuehne + Nagel. The Program director will report directly to the Hyperscaler Operations Director.

How you create impact

Lead safety, quality, and compliance standards (including IFR

Own full P&L and financial performance of the business unit, including monthly targets, budgeting, and internal reporting.

Drive operational excellence across sites by ensuring KPI achievement, standardization (visual management/reporting), and implementation of corrective actions.

Provide strategic leadership and governance by coaching GM's/OM's, supporting best practices, and managing network-level reporting.

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders by leading QBR content, managing corporate requests, and strengthening relationships to support retention and growth.

Support commercial success through involvement in new business, SOW negotiations, and oversight of legal and commercial requirements.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

5-10 years of Project management experience

2-5 years of Hyperscale experience

2-5 years International experience

7-10 years Leadership experience

7-10 years Contract Logisitics experience
