Job Description Summary

Essential Responsibilities:\ Develop incoming engine workscopes that meets customer needs, manual requirements, and adhering to contract demands\ Work cross functionally with quality and design engineers to ensure that new processes achieve established metrics\ Provide technical responses and recommendations to customers as well as internal business units\ Support and meet production schedules and quality initiatives all within budget boundaries\ Investigate hardware and work closely with design engineering to resolve hardware issues\ Promote and build a positive working relationship with all members of the site\ Strong communication skills\ Proficient in computer skill and MS Office

Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited college or

institution; or High School Diploma / GED with 4 years\' experience in Jet Propulsion

2-3 years experience on CF34-8/10 and CFM56 Jet Engines

Six Sigma or equivalent Quality training

Strong influencing skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a matrix organization
