Pay, Schedule & Perks

Pay: $20 - $23+/hour (based on experience)

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shift (Monday-Friday)

Overtime: 50-60 hours/week available

Training: Start on 1st shift, then move to off-shift

What You'll Do

Supply materials to keep high-speed production equipment running

Support machine operators and production teams

Assist with packaging, labeling, and product handling

Move, tag, and track materials to reduce scrap and maintain quality

Maintain a clean work area (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)

Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

Entry-level friendly but manufacturing experience is a big plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs regularly

Ability to read a tape measure/ruler (basic math skills)

Strong attendance and reliability

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
