The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.

Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the

company.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the trucking fleet, including

dispatch, scheduling, and routing.

Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety

standards.

Prepare and manage the company budget.

Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.

Recruit, train, and manage staff.

Establish personnel policies and procedures.

Address employee concerns and ensure a productive work environment.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and

stakeholders.

Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer

satisfaction.

Oversee maintenance and repair of the trucking fleet.

Ensure that all vehicles meet regulatory and safety standards.

Identify and mitigate risks related to operations, safety, and

compliance.

Implement policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure

regulatory compliance.

Identify growth opportunities and new markets.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the company\'s market

presence.

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure service excellence.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and customer

service.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and

permits.

Monitor changes in regulations and adjust company policies and

procedures accordingly.

Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Analyze data to make informed decisions and improvements.
