Job Title:Logistics Technician I Work Schedule:Onsite - Buffalo, NY Our team inSpace and Defense Groupis looking for anLogistics Technician Ito join them. You will report to thePerformance Leaderand will have an onsite work schedule Monday - Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm or 12:00pm 7:00pm-in East Aurora, NY. To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: High School diploma or GED preferred.Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Must have a valid driver's license A background in inventory control, cycle counts or stockroom activities is preferred. As a Logistics Technician I, you will: Supporting inventory/warehouse operations including finished goods storage, demand/inventory/production planning, and cycle counting Assist with the movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials Assist with import/export and customs management Support shipping/receiving operations as needed Executing inventory control processes and records management to achieve targeted quality, wastage, and inventory levels Operate various material handling/warehouse equipment.
