This role partners closely with commercial functions-including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Service, Commercial Finance and R&D -to understand business needs and lead system improvements for key platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) and related commercial reporting. Serving as the primary liaison to IT for all SFDC enhancements, the role also provides training, adhoc reporting, and daytoday system administration. In addition, the position supports other commercial enablement tools, including SalesLoft, Crystal, and BombBomb, ensuring teams have the resources required to operate efficiently and continuously improve productivity.
