POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping the strategy, standards, and programs that drive performance across a portfolio of premium dealers and territories. This position extends far beyond managing a single location; it is responsible for elevating and shaping the product experience across our entire footprint, ensuring consistency, engagement, and impact across all product categories. This position blends vendor partnership, storytelling, financial acumen, design sensibility, and program leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives where creativity meets business strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Corporate showroom programs, standards, and best practices across multiple locations.
Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, email, events, and point of sale support materials.
Partner with leadership to build product strategies aligned with revenue, margin, and brand objectives.
Serve as a key point of coordination between departments to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage vendor-facing programs, including rebates, incentives, display strategy, and product lifecycle planning.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to anticipate future product trends and dealer needs.
Influence product mix, merchandising standards, and display investments across locations.
Support the outside sales team, taking strategy into execution and measurable results.
Design and own the framework for ordering, placement, and execution.
Collaborate closely with other marketing teammates on showroom storytelling, digital presence, events, and promotional initiatives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, public relations or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, either in an agency setting or in-house Corporate establishment.
Proven experience with GTM strategy, positioning, and product launches with a strong ability to translate products into compelling stories.
Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.
