JOB REQUIREMENTS: Snug Harbor INN, Inc is looking for a Housekeeper in
Sturgeon Bay, WI. High School Diploma. Send CV to
Michael@boatdoorcounty.com Job Duties: - Provide basic housekeeping
duties, including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the
towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and
rearranging the room upon guest check-out; - Understand the company\'s
policy on work shifts, guests\' possessions, and privacy issues; -
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while
rendering service; - Work well either with a team of housekeepers or
individually on each shift; - Clean, disinfect, stock, and store all
equipment at the end of each shift; - Sort, wash, dry, fold, and
properly store hotel linen during each shift. This includes separating
items by color, fabric @type, and washing requirements to prevent damage
and ensure cleanliness. Operate washers and dryers according to
established procedures, using appropriate detergents and settings. After
drying, neatly fold or hang items and return them to their designated
storage areas or service locations; - Clean all common areas at the
start and end of each shift, including bathrooms, laundry areas,
entryways, etc.; - Work alongside our front desk and maintenance teams
to ensure guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and everything is in
working order for guests prior to check-in time; - Read, understand, and
complete the daily cleaning schedule; - Provide warm and professional
service when greeting and interacting with guests and employees; - Be
ready and willing to assist co-workers and guests as situations arise; -
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient
operation of the hotel, as directed by the manager or immediate
supervisor; - Be available to assist in other areas of hotel operations
as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the property,
as directed by the manager or immediate supervisor. Duties may include,
but are not limited to: Delivering requested items (towels, linens,
toiletries, extra bedding, cribs, rollaway beds, etc.). Cleaning
lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and other common
areas. Restocking housekeeping carts, linen closets, supply rooms, and
