Respondtocustomerinquiriesandconcernswithtimelyresponsesandaccurateinformationorredirect to a supervisor.
Comprehensiveunderstandingofpoliciesandprocedures
Meetorexceedestablishedperformancerequirements.
Documenttripauthorizationsanddetails,includingtransportation@type,pickuptimes,appointmenttimes, and addresses.
Otherdutiesasrequired.
Qualifications:
HighSchoolDiploma,GED,orequivalent.
Computerliterate
Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
Abilitytooperate a standardtelephonesystem.
Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
