Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports warehouse operations by accurately pulling and staging customer orders, operating a sit-down forklift, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will handle both manual material movement and powered equipment, ensuring orders ship correctly, safely, and on time in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Pull and stage customer orders accurately using pick tickets or system instructions.
Load and unload trucks while following proper loading patterns and delivery schedules.
Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory tracking and accuracy.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track product movement and verify orders.
Verify order accuracy, labels, and documentation prior to shipment.
Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas to support safety and operational efficiency.
Assist with receiving, put-away, and general warehouse support tasks as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in a team environment.
Work efficiently to meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of previous warehouse experience in order picking, shipping and receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
Proven material handling experience in a warehouse setting.
Demonstrated experience as a warehouse worker handling daily operational tasks.
Hands-on forklift experience with sit-down forklifts required.
Experience with inventory control, including inventory counts and cycle counting.
Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems to track and verify product movement.
Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on order accuracy and documentation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks safely.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent task changes.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as an order puller in a production or distribution environment.
Background in shipping and receiving processes, including labeling and documentation.
Familiarity with sit-down forklift operations in both staging and production areas.
Experience working with warehouse systems and RF scanners for inventory tracking.
Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas to support safety and efficiency.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
