Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play an integral role in ensuring that orders are prepared and shipped efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders for shipping and receive incoming parts and materials.

Stock and organize inventory accurately.

Create kits for production work and build pallets using hand and power tools.

Handle materials and packaging with care.

Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as pallet jacks.

Schedule products for shipment effectively.

Essential Skills

Basic warehouse experience is preferred.

Experience in material handling and shipping.

Experience with operating forklifts is preferred but not required.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.

Work Environment

Work the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times to accommodate personal schedules. The workplace is a smaller, privately-owned panel shop located in a clean and organized facility. The team consists of around 30 people, all focused on building electrical control panels in a light technical setting. It's an excellent environment to learn and grow in.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutdale, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
