This role serves as the technology product owner for Finance ERP Procure to Pay (P2P) solutions, ensuring digital finance capabilities effectively support global procure to pay processes including automation and analytics
The Technology Sr. Manager, Finance ERP (P2P) will partner closely with Finance, Procurement and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and high-impact finance applications.
This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide financial and procure to pay processes, drive modernization of finance platforms, and enable data-driven insights across a complex, global organization and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle forFinance Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy.
Partner with Finance andP2Pleaders to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions.
Lead the planning, design,implementationand transformation of core finance P2R processes and systems such as SAP S/4, e-Invoicing, OpenText VIM, Kyriba, and Concur Time and Expense.
Lead delivery of enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across finance applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliancewhile meeting critical Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors for assigned finance solutions.
Drive adoption of standard processes and data governance practices across global finance, commercialand supply chain teams.
Manage application performance, risk, controls, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Provide thought leadership on emerging finance technologies, analytics, and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, ora relatedfield (required).
Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience and Skills
Required:
8-10 years of progressive experience in IT, financeP2Psystems roles, with increasing leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated experience serving as a product owner or lead for finance and/orprocureto payapplications.
Strong understanding ofprocure topayprocessessuch as invoice management, paymentprocessing, andT&E.
Experience partnering with global business stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Solid knowledge of application controls, data governance, and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
Experienceplanning, designing, transforming, and supporting SAPERP and financeprocurementplatformsincluding SAP S/4,OpenTextVIM,Kyrbia, etc.
Background supportingprocurementorganizations in a global or matrixed environment.
Experience supporting business separation, transformation, or major system modernization initiativesincluding upgrade and/or migration to SAP S/4.
Demonstrated success driving standardization and simplification across global finance systems. Experience withCelonisand/orSignaviois a plus
Experience building and leading teams with on andoff shoreresources.
Other:
Language: Englishproficiencyrequired;additionallanguages are a plus.
Travel: Up to 10-20%, primarily domestic with limited international travel.
Certifications: Finance systems, product ownership, or project management certifications (preferred, notrequired).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
