You will be the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager for the Global Supply Chain Business Operations team. Our team is responsible for overseeing GSC financials, managing sales/percent complete metrics, and driving strategic initiatives and affordability.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that controls the financial health of the Global Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead and mentor a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers.

Own and drive all GSC financials, including production, development, and sustainment budgets.

Manage Sales/Percent Complete, Long-Range Planning, Estimate at Completion, and other key financial metrics.

Oversee strategic initiatives and affordability analyses to optimize supply-chain performance.

Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with financial policies.

Basic Qualifications:

-Understands Supply Chain and financial data.

-Drives performance with team

-Positive attitude and team player

Desired Skills:

-Understands the EVMS process

-Solid grasp over the process to integrate supplier financials into LM financial system

-Understands the supply chain and supplier management

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
