Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician II to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24.00

Shift: 530AM to 4PM - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

What's the Job?

Perform maintenance, operation, and light repair of machinery or product lines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Proactively identify defects in the manufacturing line or product and report findings to supervisors or engineers.

Utilize various systems such as JD Edwards, Maximo, HMI, and POMs for process requests, work orders, temperature settings, and electronic batch records.

Support the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Maintain compliance with cGMP environment standards, including wearing bunny suits when required.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 months experience working in a cGMP environment.

Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to learn formulation and grinding processes within 3-4 months.

Strong moral principles, honesty, and integrity in all work activities.
