Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: On-Site - Whitakers, NC 27891

Pay Rate: $32.00/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon - Fri)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support our supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient material flow. Your work will be instrumental in keeping our processes running smoothly and our data up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Support: Monitor inventory levels, update inventory counts, and track the movement of materials.

Simple Reporting: Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets and generate simple reports as needed.

Warehouse Help: Assist with organizing materials and inspecting storage areas for accuracy and efficiency.

Material Flow Support: Observe for delays or bottlenecks in material movement; promptly report issues to leadership.

General Data Entry: Enter and update information accurately in company systems and databases.

Team Support: Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar hands-on environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Willingness to learn and step in to help wherever needed

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data/reporting tools

Familiarity with inventory or warehouse processes

Interest in process improvement and problem-solving

Ensuring inventory information is accurate and up to date

Assisting with warehouse organization and material placement

Helping materials move efficiently, especially during plant changes or projects

Providing teams with the information needed to maintain productivity and meet goals
