The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Prospect, Partner, & Customer Growth team within the US Consumer Marketing Group is responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing through digital and direct channels to drive conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive landscape.
The Senior Analyst of Paid Search Banking and Non-Card will help drive performance and growth across our Paid Search marketing programs for our U.S. Consumer Banking portfolio (including Savings and Checking products) and Non-Card products (loans and insurance). This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, and plays a key part in delivering efficient, scalable growth through search marketing.

Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of Paid Search strategies aligned to business and marketing priorities
Own monthly performance reporting and forecasting for Savings and Checking campaigns
Build and deliver regular performance narratives, highlighting key trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with Product Marketing to align campaign messaging with product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, including leading regular performance and status meetings
Identify opportunities for growth through campaign expansion, optimization, and structured testing initiatives
Oversee ad copy development and approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards
Monitor and implement updates to product rates (e.g., savings and CD offers) within campaigns in a timely manner
Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and performance measurement
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met across key initiatives
Navigate a regulated environment by ensuring all marketing activities meet legal and compliance requirements
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, with exposure to Paid Search or performance marketing preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with partners such as analytics, marketing, legal, or external agencies
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
