The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Prospect, Partner, & Customer Growth team within the US Consumer Marketing Group is responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing through digital and direct channels to drive conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive landscape.
The Senior Manager of Paid Search, Banking and Non-Card will lead the channel management & growth of our Paid Search ecosystem for Banking & Non-Card products (Insurance and Loans) across USCM. This role has a Senior Analyst direct report and will also be responsible for leading internal/external partners through the strategy and execution of the Paid Search program for these products.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Paid Search channel strategies that directly connect to Enterprise priorities for non-Card products
Manage relationships with both internal and external partners, including legal and compliance, enablement partners, analytics, external agencies, and Search platform partners
Leverage various reporting sources to monitor and report on campaign performance
Utilize campaign performance to build strategic recommendations to optimize the Paid Search program
Proactively identify and launch test & learn opportunities to optimize the end-to-end journey and deliver program value
Manage multiple priorities and workstreams at once, across a variety of Amex's product offerings
Lead with an external perspective by both keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies, as well as maintaining relationships with digital marketing teams across Amex, finding opportunities for collaboration
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Passionate performance marketer with demonstrated understanding of digital marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably performance digital channels
A growth mindset, with experience delivering on proven tactics alongside developing a future strategic vision
Strong cross-functional collaborator, with an ability to navigate the organization and processes independently
Have a "can do" attitude towards problem solving and demonstrated ability to work well with new opportunities
Expert ability to build and manage both internal and external relationships across multiple work streams to deliver results
Superior verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to present complex concepts in a simple/clear manner
Strong ability to influence/guide conversations towards alignment across many stakeholders
