Our client, a leader in innovative robotic unmanned vehicle technology, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the development of cutting-edge robotic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Dallas, Texas or Logan, Utah (On Site)

What's the Job?

Research, plan, and design mechanical and electromechanical products and systems for robotic unmanned vehicles.

Develop proto@types, conduct testing, and refine mechanical components and machinery.

Coordinate fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure optimal performance.

Design systems integrating hardware and software components for robotic applications.

Participate in design reviews and evaluate field installations to recommend improvements.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).

5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and product/machine design.

Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Pro-E, or Catia.

Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and documentation of design reviews.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and failure analysis techniques.
