We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Senior Manager, Fleet Operations to join our team in North America. In this role, you will serve as the operational owner of fleet functions across more than 90 locations, driving disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, vendor performance, and asset readiness at scale. As part of the Operations team, you will partner cross-functionally to strengthen operational consistency, reduce risk, and support continued business growth.

Pay: $100k-$115k + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead day-to-day fleet operations across all locations, including maintenance, licensing, regulatory compliance, and asset readiness
Ensure consistent execution of fleet processes and operational standards across a distributed branch network
Monitor operational performance aligned to defined KPIs, including vehicle uptime and regulatory compliance
Establish process discipline and standardized workflows to improve consistency and reduce operational risk
Compliance & Risk Management
Oversee DOT compliance and regulatory adherence across all applicable jurisdictions
Ensure accurate compliance documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks through proactive monitoring and process improvement
Vendor & Partner Management
Manage fleet vendors, service providers, and licensing agencies to ensure accountability and performance
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance teams
Monitor vendor performance and service expectations across maintenance, licensing, and related services
Team Leadership
Directly manage Fleet Supervisors, including prioritization, coaching, accountability, and development
Build operational discipline and foster a high-performing team environment
Support operational continuity and field execution across the network
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Standardize and improve fleet workflows to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency
Drive operational consistency and scalable execution practices across the fleet function
Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen operational performance and support business growth
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or operations management
Strong understanding of DOT compliance, fleet operations, and vendor management
Demonstrated experience leading operational teams in a multi-site environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel domestically as needed
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with evolving business needs
