Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00-$26.45 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift options!

What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:

Setting up and operating machinery to produce parts, tools, and equipment using sketches, prints, or instruction manuals.

Inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.

Cleaning and maintaining machines as necessary.

Troubleshooting and correcting simple manufacturing problems in a timely manner.

Maintaining supplies and calibration records for pertinent equipment.

Notifying supervisor when machinery needs maintenance or repairs.

Adhering to all quality and safety guidelines and maintaining currency on requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

Possess 2-4 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Are able to work independently and troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues.

Are dedicated to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
