General Construction Worker

Perform general construction labor in a precast yard and production setting

Assist with building, assembling, and preparing materials for concrete work

Responsibilities

Assist with building and assembling forms for concrete pours

Support concrete work (prep, pouring, cleanup)

Perform general labor tasks across the job site

Use hand and power tools for construction work

Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Follow all job site safety procedures

Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Construction or hands-on labor experience

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Comfortable working with concrete and materials

Ability to perform physical work and lift regularly

Able to work outdoors in varying weather

Follow instructions and safety guidelines

Reliable with strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with concrete work or form building

Basic carpentry skills

Forklift experience or willingness to learn

Experience in construction environments

Team-oriented and adaptable

Work Environment

Outdoor construction yard

Exposure to weather and heavy materials

Physically active role with frequent movement

Team-based work setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
