Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Operations team supporting Construction Managers, Commissioning Teams, Engineering Teams, and key project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , excellent time management abilities , and an innovative problem-solving mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Quincy, WA

Pay Range: $79.31 - $85.42/hour

?? What's the Job?

Support construction projects from initiation through closeout by tracking schedules, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and cross-functional team discussions to maintain project progress.

Manage project documentation and repositories, including SharePoint and related systems, ensuring proper organization, version control, and record retention.

Participate in daily safety reviews, support EHS documentation requirements, and assist with risk identification and escalation.

Provide project reporting, KPI tracking, schedule updates, and vendor performance support to ensure compliance with project goals.

? What's Needed?

Prior experience in construction management, project coordination, or construction administration.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proven problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset in a fast-paced project environment.

Experience with documentation control, project repositories, and Microsoft Office tools; SharePoint experience preferred.

Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work effectively with cross-functional teams in an onsite construction environment.
