Job Summary:
Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Leader the Solutions Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing and commercialization efforts of solutions and decarbonization initiatives for the $3B+ business Residential HVAC and Supply within Trane Technologies.
We seek to fill this new role with a motivated and enthusiastic marketer with a proven track record of success and desire to be challenged and grow their skill set. This role is responsible for supporting marketing activation efforts to accurately market and position our solutions to channel partners and consumers. The position requires a focus on cross-functional collaboration, communication, attention to detail and will partner with others in marketing, product management, sales, and external agency partners.
Responsibilities:
Commercialization: Support marketing efforts to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions through internal and external activations such as literature development, website information management, building communications plans and making product information updates
Collaboration: Work in partnership with marketing teams, product management, and external agencies to support the development of marketing activation plans
Project Management: Ensure critical campaign elements such as email, digital, social and print meet project-specific needs and are delivered on time and accurately.
Sales Enablement: Facilitate the customer adoption of solutions by partnering with Channel Marketing, Training and Sales teams to develop relevant content, tools and tactics
Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activation efforts
Planning: Support short and long-term marketing activation planning to deliver on project KPI's within budget
Process Improvement: Develop standard work or create process improvements to enable efficiencies for repetitive activities or tasks
Qualifications:
3-6 years' experience within business development, marketing and/or communication experience
Excellent understanding and ability to assess the needs of both external influencers and internal business partners
Ability to own projects and partner cross-functionally to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Passionate in providing our customers the best resources and support
Adept writing and presentation skills including value proposition development
A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar.
