Account Manager

About your role:

You will have enterprise-wide responsibility for ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to your assigned client. You are responsible for managing and developing operational relationships for your client. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.

What you will do:

Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan.

Understand the client's environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv's solutions for maximum benefit.

Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities.

Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures.

Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations.

Experience you'll need to have:

High School graduate/GED

3 years' experience in customer service

Ability to travel up to 20%

Experience that would be great to have:

Bachelor's degree

Project Management experience

Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience

Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues

How you'll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range:

$58,000.00-$81,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
